1ST TIME OWNER'S PROGRAM
If you've never owned a vehicle before, you may be eligible for our 1st Time Owner's Program benefits.
GRADUATE PROGRAM
Recent gradutates from accredited colleges and universities in Canada are eligible for special offers in the purchase of a new or Certified Pre-Owned Mazda.
MOBILITY PROGRAM
We offer help for drivers and passengers with physical disabilities in the purchase and installation of adaptive driving aids or mobility assistance equipment.
MILITARY PROGRAM
Active, reserve and veteran military personnel and family members living in the same household may be eligible to receive a $600 discount in addition to other incentives and offers.
The Owner Loyalty Program* rewards current Mazda customers who are either purchasing an additional new or Certified Pre-Owned Mazda or trading in their current Mazda.
CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY
This program applies to current Mazda customers or family members.
Current Mazda customers:

NEW VEHICLES

The Owner Loyalty Program rewards current Mazda customers, with preferred rates or special offers up to $1,000.

Qualifying customers are eligible to receive the specified rate discount published by Mazda Canada off standard rates or the published Mazda Canada subvened lease and APR finance program rates. The interest rate cannot fall below 0%.

Owner Loyalty offers are non-transferable and may be extended at Mazda Canada's discretion.

Owner Loyalty Program is on top of any discount that may be offered by dealers to their valued customers.
PROGRAM ELEMENTS – CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLES

The Owner Loyalty Program rewards current Mazda customers with a 0.25% rate reduction.

Qualifying customers are eligible to receive the specified rate discount published by Mazda Canada off standard rates or subvented finance program rates. The contracted consumer rate cannot fall below 0%.

Owner Loyalty offers are non-transferable and may be extended at Mazda Canada's discretion.

Owner Loyalty Cash is not offered on CPO vehicles.

Customers who purchase their lease-end vehicle as a CPO do not qualify for CPO owner loyalty.
*This offer is only available to qualifying retail customers who are the named and intended recipient of this communication.
Offer consists of a choice between: (i) preferred financing/leasing rates, or: (ii) an Owner Loyalty Rebate of up to $1,000 off the purchase or lease of select new Mazda models, until March 31st, 2024.
Under no circumstances can lease/finance rates be reduced below 0% APR. A $500/$1,000 Owner Loyalty Rebate is currently available to qualifying retail customers who cash purchase/finance/lease a select new, in-stock Mazda3, Mazda3 Sport, CX-30, or CX-5/MX-5, MX-5RF, CX-9, CX-90 or MX-30 model from an authorized Mazda retailer in Canada between April 2, 2022–March 31, 2024.
Rebate amount and qualifying models are subject to change. PROGRAM ELEMENTS

Mazda Canada will pay a rebate, a portion of which includes the applicable GST/QST/HST. The rebate will be used as a down payment and will be deducted from the final selling price after taxes.

The Graduate rebate is in addition to any consumer retail incentives that may be available from Mazda Canada at the time of delivery

If the customer is unable to provide the required documents at the time of delivery, rebate may be withheld until the documents are provided.
ELIGIBLE SCHOOLS*
University: Undergraduate – Bachelor; Post-Graduate – Master, Doctorate**; minimum length of course is three years. Copy of official transcript is required.
Community College (outside Quebec): Diploma; minimum length of course is two years. Copy of official transcript is required.
Cegep (Quebec only): Diploma of College Studies in technique; minimum length of course is three years. Copy of official transcript is required.

If the customer has not yet graduated, graduation must be within 90 days and be supported by a letter from the Registrar Office.
The eligibility period is determined from the date shown on the graduate's official transcript. No exceptions from this period will be considered.
Vehicle must be registered and licensed in the name of the graduate.
Only one graduate claim per customer.
Graduates from foreign schools may qualify; however, the applicant may be required to provide proof that the school is accredited through the applicable governing body.
Certificates/Attestations are not eligible.
Condensed 2-year programs are not eligible. Eligibility is limited to 90 days from new vehicle delivery.
An applicant's degree cannot be used more than once.
Date of issuance is not the graduation date. This is the date the transcript was issued to the customer which is in most cases different than the actual graduation date. Always look for the graduation date or the date the diploma was awarded on the transcripts.
Mazda Canada Inc. is proud to support the mobility needs of drivers and passengers with physical disabilities, with assistance toward the purchase and installation of adaptive driving aids or mobility assistance equipment.
PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Eligible customers will receive up to $750 (including GST) towards the purchase and installation of adaptive driving aids or mobility assistance equipment.

Adaptive driving or passenger equipment includes wheelchair or other lift equipment, hand or other driving controls.
-
Purchase and installation of equipment which costs less than the maximum $750 will be paid at the actual costs.
-
Purchase and installation of equipment exceeding $750 will be paid a maximum of $750.
VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
This program applies to all new, unused and certified pre-owned vehicles including MCI company vehicles and retailer demonstrators.
QUALIFYING PROCESS
1. Determine your Province's or Territory's Driver's Licence requirements regarding the use of mobility equipment.
2. Evaluate your needs in conjunction with your medical service provider.
3. Choose a qualified mobile equipment installer.
4. Only the original owner of the vehicle is eligible.
5. MModifications and equipment installation must be completed for the original owner or their immediate family.
6. Only one re-imbursement request will be allowed per vehicle.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
1. A legible copy, from an authorized Mazda Retailer, of a signed Bill of Sale or Lease Agreement;
2. A legible copy of the vehicle ownership certificate;
3. A legible copy of the paid invoice(s) for the adaptive driving aids/mobility assistance equipment installed on the purchased vehicle by a qualified installation provide, and;
4. A copy of the physician’s statement identifying the specific reason(s) for mobility assistance.
NON-QUALIFYING EQUIPMENT
Mazda Canada Inc. does not recognize the below items as adaptive driving aids or mobility assistance equipment:
1. All accessories
2. Automatic transmission
3. Heated seats
4. Any mobility equipment that is not permanently affixed to the vehicle
5. Any other equipment that, in the opinion of Mazda Canada Inc., does not meet the requirements of the Mazda Mobility Assistance Program.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The customer is solely responsible for the selection of both the mobility equipment manufacturer and installer. Mazda Canada Inc. or its retailers bears no responsibility for the warranty of the mobility equipment and installation. In the Province of Quebec, a legislative requirement stipulates that individuals must see a driver rehabilitation specialist for a driver assessment before having a vehicle modified.

Members of the Canadian Armed Forces, veterans and family members living with them are eligible to receive a $600 discount on the purchase of a new Mazda vehicle. This is in addition to most other offers and programs.

The vehicle must be registered in the name of the Military personnel or a family member living in the same household. If a family member is the purchaser, both driver’s licences will be required (purchaser and Military personnel).
WHAT OFFERS CAN BE COMBINED WITH THE MILITARY PROGRAM?
The Military Program may be combined with current retail and event offers on the purchase, finance or lease of a qualifying Mazda vehicle. It may also be applied in addition to the Grad Program, Owner Loyalty Program, Mobility Program and 1st Time Owners Program.
